"This a great little cabin. Very well stocked w dishes, cookware, soaps and shampoo. I brought my 84 YO mother with, so I needed a bed and bath on the main level. Everything is one level, except a very small loft w a 2nd bed reached by a wooden ladder. The loft has a rail & gate and is above the main level bed (in the same room)..the living room has a futon sofa that folds down to make a 3rd bed,if needed. "

"Cozy tiny home, quiet and nestled in the trees. Close to Texas State University and I 35. Sits to back of RV park with Bean and Brew on property. Surprisingly quiet, and brunch was fabulous! Home was very clean and comfortable. "

"This is a perfect-off the beaten path getaway. It is close enough to the city to enjoy its conveniences but just far enough away to feel you’ve escaped. The house was eclectic and comfortable. We loved opening the doors and listening to the birds. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."
