“The breezy hill cottage was so cozy and the view was absolutely beautiful! This was my first time booking and I will definitely book again. The perfect getaway for an anniversary. The host was very helpful too with the directions and the check in! The cottage itself was perfect! The hot tub view was amazing! Nothing but good things to say!”

“An excellent spot that definitely earned its name as the bird haus! Snug, clean, cozy, and calm. The birds singing in the morning are probably on payroll with how aptly they performed for the namesake location. The host was so kind and thoughtful, specializing the place for the occasion of our stay. It was truly a wonderful experience!”

“We had an incredible time staying at this little lake house! It was beautifully decorated, was thoughtfully stocked with items we'd need during the stay, and there was so much to do here (thanks to the host) between the paddle boats, kayaks, a fire pit, fishing poles, and dart board. This little lake was perfect, with many nooks and crannies to explore on the boats, as well as lots of fish, turtles, birds, etc. The host was also very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. “This was such a cozy little house! Booked for our 2nd anniversary! Perfect for a little privacy, while also close enough to wineries and things in town. Our dog loved running in the wildflowers in the side yard!”

“When I got to the property it was rush hour and it was off a busy street so I was unsure on how quiet it would be. But the next morning took the dogs for a walk and it’s actually a really cute and quiet neighborhood? Great for a morning walk. There’s restaurants and coffee shops all with a walk or short drive. Great location to get to all things Austin too. Nothing more than a 15 min drive. Property was clean and comfortable and having the fenced in space for the dogs was great.”

“We were visiting family, so we weren’t at the property very much. The bed loft was pretty tight and low over the sitting area. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“I’ve been going on vacation for the last six weeks every week. I’ve been at a different place. This is my favorite place. I’ve ever been to in the entire time of my life. The hosts were very, very, very helpful. The best people I’ve ever met rent out a place. The location is pristine. The fishing is world class this place is heaven since I’ll be back for the rest of my life every year. “Great little house just a short walk from the beach. Based on a prior review, we took our own grill. It would be nice to have one. Also based on a prior review, we took our own drinking water. It is an island, so go prepared. It’s not too busy on this section of the beach compared to others. Our granddaughter appreciated the short walk to the beach. We did take our own beach cart, but there was one there. The neighbors were friendly and the area is quiet. Overall a great stay.”

“A quaint little cottage!! My sister and I went to relax, shop, enjoy fine cuisines and do a little sightseeing. For this, it was great!! Clean room, close to water front and a few restaurants; pet friendly, quiet and short driving distance to shops, stores and restaurants.”
