"Amazing stay at The Leela Gandhinagar. This was my second visit in one month and the team made everything effortless. Special thanks to Nikita Kashyap at reception so positive professional and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not take my credit card for extras and simply said I could pay at checkout. That truly shows trust and class. Huge appreciation for Neelam Thakur from room service outstanding service and the best tea I’ve had in Gujarat. She personally made it for me. The food was excellent, and they also gave me a late checkout till 4 PM. Highly recommended. I’m coming back again this week. Nikita and Neelam truly deserve recognition."
