The security door to the building had many dents in it from apparently being kicked in. The latch plate was loose and would stick periodically. The same was true for the door to my room. The entry light in my room strobed continuously. It was so obnoxious that I had to shut it off and operate with floor lamps. The floor was a poor patchwork of floating laminate flooring that appeared to be assembled by children. The sitting chair was old, worn, and stained. I almost walked out but the place was generally quiet and there were no fights so I could sleep…
