A car is a must as it is located outside the city. The hotel is between France and Switzerland. There’s not much to do in the area probably it’s a best place to relax. There was some issue with the rooms assignment (our room was supposed to be double room while our friends -1 double & 1 sofa bed). All shops are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was good.Breakfast staff were very friendly. The bar staff in the evening can not understand. English- and very unfriendly. It was very challenging,I only asked for a glass instead of trying to understand of what I was trying to say she was making it hard for me to make her understand. I worked in customer service and half our clients are non English speakers but we go extra mile to understand them. Overall,we had a relaxing holiday. Geneva is a place where you visit once and that’s it. It’s a beautiful but expensive place.

Excellent location and good service.

Nice hotel with a convenient location close to public transport. However, the internet connection was very poor throughout my stay. When I raised this issue with a member of staff, I was told there was nothing they could do about it, which was disappointing. In addition, despite being a Gold member, I was not offered a room upgrade.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst touring the alps. Cracking hotel and even better cocktails
