Once contacted on the phone told that there was no booking this weekend and she didn't list on Vrbo and hung up. 4 hours later contacting customer service they cancelled and refunded booking citing minimum age. I'm 44 years old. Had to find alternative expensive place to stay."

"The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Couple of minutes walk from downtown and from the bus station. Beds are comfortable and linens clean. The only thing we were missing in our room was a mini fridge. The hotel alao has a fitness area in the basement with a sauna. Wie will be coming back, thank you!"
