A little complicated to enter the first time. Also I had back problems, possibly attributable to the soft mattress topper. I'm not fond of liquid shower gel, but lots of hotels have that now. Otherwise nice and comfortable.

The staff were so wonderful and accommodating! We absolutely loved the hotel and the location could not be any more perfect. Hundreds of dining options, shopping and attractions all within a walking distance. Clean, safe, and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. You dont hear anything between rooms or from the outside. Breakfast as a good selection (not massive but good enough). The staff is superb, especially Alessandra, but all of then were great. Location is fantastic, walking distancd to everywhere, 5 min to the main train station and couple minutes walk to the metro stop as well. Really happy with this stay.

This place is clean, secure and downstairs is a great little café for breakfast since they no longer serve it at the hotel. We stayed in room 108 which was probably the largest room. It was great for the price we paid compared to other hotels nearby that were vastly more expensive. Staff was very helpful in ordering us taxis.

Such lovely, helpful and friendly staff! Perfect hotel to stay in for a short city break. Easy to walk to everything, metro is literally opposite the hotel. Amazing cafe next door aswell! Thank you!
