The staff was very helpful and arrange the taxi to the airport very quickly.
The appartement was ok. The towels were old and had that whitish-greyish colour, in one of the bathrooms there was a dirty floor towel, and in the kitchen 3 coffee plates weren’t well badly washed and stained.
There Was no hot water, we didn’t have the time to tell them as we went out after the reception staff left for the day.
Thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. ..."
