“A/C was not working-blowing warm air. Called front desk to look at it and had to wait 45 min for someone to come up, because they were answering several calls about A/C not working. We were told "that's as hard as it can blow" when that wasn't the issue. The issue was it was blowing warm air, making our room temp go up instead of down. Pool was ok, clean and maintained. However, it did close 45 min early because the staff wanted to, which made some guests in the lobby upset. Both elevators had……

“Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old.
