Lovingly renovated, the rental has great amenities and provides a contemporary space within a gorgeous historic property. Approximately 2,000 sq ft in size, you'll have lots of private space during your stay. The primary entrance and exit is through the front stairwell. A second stairwell is available for emergencies. Parking can be made available just off-site. Our visitors have access to the entire 3rd floor of the building, which is completely renovated while retaining historic character and detail. Spacious and bright with tall ceilings and tons of light, you'll love the unique open floor plan, the chef's kitchen, and the gorgeous spa bath. Granite counters with a waterfall edge, deep sink, and seating define the enormous kitchen island. The kitchen has so much storage and all the necessary tools and appliances to make a nice meal or start the day with coffee or a smoothie. The bedrooms are large and airy, with built-in closets, drawers, and additional seating. Once you've walked home from a fantastic day out, you'll snuggle into the luxury of Boll & Branch sheets, Lincove pillows, and a 100% cotton bathrobe. Setting up the closets is a breeze with wooden hangers, jewelry storage, a steam iron, and a GE laundry machine. The enormous spa bath features a seating bench, a large sink counter and medicine cabinets, and a soaking tub and shower with space for two. If you need to tackle work emails, you'll easily move through meetings at the office desk and can use the office supplies and printer to complete your project. The office space holds a gorgeous white Boucle West Elm couch, which folds out into a comfortable bed for a fifth person with additional closet and storage space. Tons of light, high ceilings, and a great layout. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use, beds were comfortable, linens felt high quality, and having a dining area, workspace, and gym access made the place feel easy to live in for the weekend. Location was quiet but convenient for getting around Providence.Rachael was a fantastic host. Clear communication, flexible with early check-in, and proactive about everything. She checked in during a tough moment to make sure we were safe. That level of care stood out. So much nearby to see and do, and the host provided plenty of recommendations that did not disappoint.
