“If you have something going on at the Tulsa fairgrounds, this is the place to stay! You can see the fairgrounds from the house, and 17th street that runs in front of the house goes straight to a fairgrounds gate avoiding traffic! The house was very clean and comfortable! My only complaint is I'm not a fan of windows without curtains, and there were none on any of the windows, but they did have blinde. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of……

“I found the place with no problems. I was not familiar with the lock pad and had to notify the owner to enter the home. The place looked like the pictures online. Very quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer available but we did not use. Parking was good; the place was cleaned. I would stay again.”
