"Apartment is very new, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunset and the bay from the balcony. Our family was taking kite surfing lessons and school is at walking distance. Our host Victor was very nice and responsive, gave us lots of tips of the area. Just be aware that “service room” is basically a bed in a closet off the laundry room with no air conditioning. There is still construction going on on the premises but we did not hear much noise. We would go back again! "
