This is a beautifully well-maintained, one-bedroom, QUIET beach front condominium with gorgeous ocean views located on the second floor of A building (the tower closest to the ocean). A home away from home by the sea of Cortez. Bella Sirena boasts some of the best manicured grounds in the Sandy Beach area. In comparison with most condos on Sandy Beach, this listing has below average rates for this quality of property... compare!

This property boasts a true Central American beachside feel (and natures sounds), as there is more greenery on this property alone than most of the Sandy Beach properties combined... a rarity on Sandy Beach. Bella Sirena rooms are also constructed with higher quality materials and design in comparison with most condos on Sandy Beach. Condo is also in the perfect location for ATV/UTV riding (for you motor heads), with a secure lot to store your ATV/UTV/Boat/Trailer during your stay.

The kitchen has all the amenities needed for cooking. This one-bedroom oversized condo can sleep up 4 adults very comfortably. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with patio access, iron/ironing board, cable TV in both rooms & oversized closet for extended stays. The living room has a full-size sleeper-sofa, a folding partition for additional guests' privacy, and a cozy tiled fireplace for the "winter" months.

The 300sq ft. patio (westerly views) has two loungers, and a large table-chairs for enjoying the sun and ocean views during the day, and stars at night. Enjoy the swim up bar and restaurant, five beautiful pools (two heated), hot tubs, gym, and tennis courts. Relaxing time at Bella Sirena
Everything was as stated in VRBO. Fully stocked kitchen with spices too, laundry space had detergent. Craig was quick to respond to our initial booking and all the way thru until we departed. The patio is indeed very large with nice views of Bella Sirena resort, beach, ocean and beyond. I have been travelling to Puerto Penasco since it was mainly camping with beaches void of resort while zipping around on my dirt bike. Only return to Bella Sirena. Bella Sirena is by far the nicest resort on Sandy Beach. Sits back a bit with wide open common space filled with pools, in ground hot tubs, grassy areas and mature greenery, an onsite workout facility and a poolside restaurant for drinks and food. The resort is gated with a manned gate house. I have stayed in many apartments at Bella Sirena based on how many of our adult children can travel. My husband and I will definitely book Craig's place when just the two of us.

What a gem!
We have been traveling to Rocky Point for the last 30 years and always try to find new resorts. We had previously been hooked on Las Palomas until we found Bella Sirena. If you are looking for a party vibe, this is not your place, however, with friends you can create your own party at the pool bar. The condo itself was beautifully appointed and the balcony was our favorite. Lush grounds surrounded by the backdrop of the ocean was perfection. I am a snob when it comes to beds and this king size bed was so comfy. The host was excellent at communication, the check in process was a breeze, the grounds were beautiful, but most important to me was the serenity. Book this unit and you will not be disappointed. We will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful view
Clean, open space, huge bed, I forgot my shampoo and body soap but thank goodness I found some under bathroom sink. My Pandora didn’t work on my iPhone! YouTube on the TV to the rescue 😁. Easy instructions opening door and right off the elevator a big plus. Owner was available with any and all questions will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property, picked a great time of year to go, was very quiet and that's what we like. Craig was great to work with. Only downside for us, we didnt have a car so cud not replenish groceries in Rocky Point easily. Cab rides very expensive. $25.00 USD one way, we are spoiled paying $3.00 CAD in Nuevo Vallarta for a cab from the grocery store as we walk there.

Beautiful Condo on Sandy Beach
My husband and I both loved the condo. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The balcony was amazing. Being on the second floor was convenient and also private. The resort has very nice grounds although the pickleball/tennis court was in disrepair. The condo, on the other hand, was in perfect condition. We would happily stay there again.
