Water bottles are provided at your room and everywhere in the station. In order to give you more time to relax and have fun a cleaning lady will come everyday or on demand. The transportation from Puerto Plata airport is provided on demand at least 5 days before check in. The all inclusive is available, from 60 $ per person per day on may, june, september and october and from 65 $ the rest of the year. Kids less than 13 are half price and it's free under 3 . The VIP staff takes care of the reservation of the restaurants a la carte If you coming by plane don't do any flight booking before a confirmed reservation of the hotel. Dec 29, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Reservierungen war nicht vorhanden Leider konnte ich im gebuchten und bezahlten Hotel nicht einchecken, da an der Rezeption keine Reservierung gefunden wurde.
