The gate at the front door “the staff” very nice, always smiling. Lobby people very sweet too, very poor representation poor type of uniform to work in a resort, the whole hotel in general was very nice and quiet? Beautiful view from the suite room,,, but balcony door was broken and toilet was clocked, room made lady always mad, and the FOOD HORRIBLE in all sense, the hotel had so much potential but need some one to take better care::: I wish the best to them. But I will never go back again

Not a 5star resort but still a good time. The views of the area are breath taking, the resort is very clean, food was good and overall had a nice time. Cons - the drinks are terrible, facilities have some opportunities and the service from employees is mediocre. We did the luxury swim out which was worth it.

From the front desk at check-in to my last day, I’ve had nonstop fun. Anywhere you go, it’s about the fun you make. But here, the workers ensure that you have fun every single day. They are so friendly and helpful, and I had so much fun that I will go back. The bars are the hangout spots and it’s always turnt up. The restaurants have some good food. There is something for everybody. Just book it!

I really liked the resort it was beautiful staff was great and super helpful with anything me and my husband needed. However 3 restaurants and we were there for 4 days and they said they didn’t have any reservations until the next week. Very disappointed I couldn’t even get into a restaurant and the resort didn’t even look packed. Only negative I had. Everything else was amazing.

This resort is very safe But you do get what you pay for. The resort Itself is very nice, With easy access to the beach and some activities for Guest, But the food is absolutely terrible. You will want to get food somewhere else. The drinks are OK. I recommend not all inclusive and just buy food local and buy a bottle of alcohol. Bring face towels. Also, don’t Forget to reserve a restaurant for your entire stay at one time. If you do it daily, they will always be booked up. Overall, this resort was nice for the amount of money I paid.
