- . Located north of Béziers, between the sea and the mountains, in the wine-growing village of Puimisson.
“La Vignerone de Mamie” is a 140-square-meter vacation rental that can accommodate up to 7 people.
On the first floor: an entryway and a garage with a small bathroom and toilet.A shaded courtyard with a relaxation area.
On the first floor: living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen—both air-conditioned and very bright. The kitchen opens onto a 40 m² terrace. One bedroom with a large closet and a bathroom with a toilet.
The second floor is air-conditioned and features a reading nook, two large bedrooms with closets—one with a 140/1.90 bed and the other with a 140/1.90 and a 0.90/1.90 bed—a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

Great, great, simply perfect
Parfait. De l'accueil chaleureux jusqu'à la fin du séjour, ils étaient toujours prêts à donner des conseils sur les événements et à discuter un peu. Je recommande sans réserve cet endroit ; quiconque souhaite s'immerger en France est entre de bonnes mains.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans cette maison trés calme, spatieuse, bien équipée avec une grande térasse et un jardin agréable.

The rental is a French town house that has been thoroughly modernised but has kept the character that was Maryse's parents and grand-parents home. The house was very well equipped and we found plenty of everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms were spacious and although there were just the two of us, there would have still been plenty space indoor and outdoor for a bigger group.There is an enormous cellar where they used to make wine. There were also bikes to ride (it was too hot when we were there). Outside there are two garden areas and a big terrace offering lots of seating opportunities. We visited in June at the height of the heatwave but shade came to the terrace after lunch.Almost opposite the house on some evenings a young family ran a home made pizza takeaway business from their converted garage. We really enjoyed their pizzas one evening and talking to their children. We would also recommend the crepe business in the village.All in all a lovely place to stay and holiday.

Très bien
Dans un petit village tranquille, à 15 mn de Béziers et 5mn des commerces, ce gite est spacieux, très bien équipé, et au calme. La literie est confortable. On s'y sent comme chez soi.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute.
Petit bémol, s'il en faut un, peut-être un peu plus de vaisselle/verres, s'il y a plus de 4 occupants.
Je recommande.
