Terraced house with large garden in a private avenue on the sea side, just 525 meters from the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula.
The interiors consist of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living area with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa. Sleeping area: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, another double bedroom in an intimate attic with adjoining bathroom.
Outside, veranda with wooden pergola and large fully fenced garden in the shade of pine trees. The outdoor spaces are furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, single outdoor shower. Ample parking inside the property. The avenue that leads to the sea can be traveled on foot or by car as there is ample free parking near the beach, however we recommend the car if there are very young or elderly children among the guests because of a steep path, an accentuated climb.
The house is terraced head close to the state, please check the map because they may hear noises.
At about 600 meters from the house there is a shopping center with supermarket, butchers, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizzeria restaurant and ice cream shop, parking. The inhabited center of Pula is about 12 minutes away, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 8 minutes away.

Ideal Location for a great holiday
Stayed for a wonderful week in Sept 2018. Even before arriving we had great communication with Antonello (the owner). He is a generous and helpful host. Facilities are great and the house is very clean. The beach is only a short distance away and is as good as the photo shows. The location close to the SS195 road is easy to find from the Airport and to travel to other areas of SW Sardinia. We recommend this property and may well return.

Wir verbrachten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub unter Pinienbäumen. Antonello ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation lief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist toll und hat alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist super und weitläufig für schöne romantische Spaziergänge. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr vielfältige Ausflüge starten. Esperienza unica in Sardegna
Il nostro soggiorno nelle due villette dell'host Antonello è stato molto piacevole: acoglienza ottima e pulizia impeccabile. La casa è attrezzata con tutto il necessario (e anche di più). Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina in pochissimo tempo, la spiaggia, pur essendo agosto, non era affollata. È possibile raggiungere in breve tempo altre spiagge e vedere paesaggi mozzafiato. La villetta di testa, essendo più vicina alla statale, è leggermente disturbata dal passaggio delle auto. In conclusione è stata una bellissima vacanza. Consigliamo Antonello e la moglie come host, sempre disponibili per ogni nostra necessità.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è come viene descritta nell’annuncio. Vicinissima al mare che si può raggiungere a piedi ( facendo una piccola salita) oppure in macchina. Spiaggia privata comodissima. Vicinissima alla città più vicina per raggiungere i supermercati. Casa pulita e spaziosa.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft mit privatem Zugang zum Strand
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Von hier aus kommt man schnell zu den schönsten Stränden: China, Tueredda, Cala Cipolla... Die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geschlossene Anlage mit Elektrotor per Fernbedienung und Code, Parkplatz am Haus! In ca. 15 min. ist man in Pula, ein sehr schönes Dörfchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants Bars Einziger Minuspunkt, die Nähe zur Hauptstraße (der Verkehr morgens und abends schon ziemlich laut). Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert...gerne wieder.

Che dire, tutto quello che è descritto è realmente quello che trovate sul posto. Come è vera la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig. Antonello il quale ancor prima mettessimo piede in casa ci ha risolto un grosso contrattempo all’aeroporto con l'autonoleggio. La villetta, come da descrizione ben arredata e molto pulita, si trova all'interno di una comunione accessibile solo ai residenti, in una zona molto tranquilla circondata da una pineta con il mare e la spiaggia poco frequentata ad una manciata di minuti a piedi. La cucina è fornita (al contrario di altre case in affitto) di una batteria di pentole e utensili con cui si può cucinare benissimo come pure i materassi e i cuscini decisamente puliti e privi di cattivi odori. In conclusione è stato un gran bel soggiorno, da consigliare senz'altro.

Antonello is the best host we ever had
we enjoyed our stay so much. Not only that the sea is nearby and beautiful, Antonello made our stay unforgettable as well. He's a very polite and courteous host. The only detail that should be mentioned is the street nearby and the noise coming from the traffic there. It's not really bad but you can hear the cars especially when going to sleep. That's the only reason the lower rating on the location. The house itself is super nice. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Accueil de qualité et habitation très bien équipée
L'accueil et la maison sont très bien. Tout est bien mais la maison est un peu trop proche de la route nation alentours 195 qui est très circulée. Les photos sur le site ne montrent pas cet aspect. Les photos des plages sont celles qui sont à 3-4 kilomètres et vraiment exceptionnelles mais pas celle à 500 mètres qui est bien mais plus habituelle. La gentillesse du propriétaire est toute fois à remarquer. Au final lieu qui a le seul défaut de se trouver à 30 mètres de la nationale 195. Sinon pour le reste c'est très bien.

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Das Haus super sauber, die Parkplätze direkt neben Haus. Kommunikation mit Vermiter ging zügig und reibungslos. Der Vermieter sehr sympathisch und hatte viele Urlaubs Tips gegeben.

Casa molto bella, con ingresso indipendente in un contesto residenziale circondato dal verde. Spiaggia a 500 metri raggiungibile a piedi ed in auto. Soggiorno indimenticabile per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del proprietario.
