"The resort including our Villa was absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The resort itself was peaceful and the views were to die for. The gym facility was pretty good for a resort gym and the new steam room and ice bath are a great addition to the resort. I would highly recommend Baku Karang to anyone wanting to have a relaxing holiday."

"What a lovely stay! The grounds & room of this place was so well looked after, very clean and very tidy! Staff lovely and helpful. Hotel is in the village and sort of in the middle of no where, taxis are expensive compared to the rest of Bali so bare this in mind - you’ll need to get taxi everywhere or scooter!"

"Lovely little cabin style villa in the heart of Mushroom Bay, Nusa Lembongan! Great service upon arrival and really friendly. The villa itself was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed with plenty of space in the cabin. Outdoor bathroom was the only thing that I'd say could be a little nicer, definitely got that 'outdoorsy' feel! Overall, highly rated and would 100% stay here again if on the island. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Castaway! The staff were beyond lovely and so helpful with anyone we asked. The hotel is gorgeous and perfect if you were travelling with other people - shared pool which is quite close to everyone else’s rooms but it makes for a nice relaxing environment anyway. It’s walkable to mushroom beach, super easy and close, The ONLY negative is the bar across the road plays louddd live music every night until approx 10-11pm but in all honesty it didn’t really effect us sleeping and we had 2 kids (2 and 5). We 10000% will be coming back to castaway - we had the best time! "

"Staff are very kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We quickly made friends with some of the locals and played a spontaneous game of badminton with them at their hidden private court! The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable. Beautiful not only for sunrise and sunset. We could sit on that porch all day and just relax in the breeze. Plenty of good restaurants along the same street with great food and even live music and games to mingle with the locals. The rooms are tastefully decorated and always clean every day. Only suggestion I would make is that the shower and sink equipment could use some maintenance soon but no issues using them overall! "

"We had a really lovely weeks stay! Our room was really comfortable. Enjoyed the nice pool too. The location is great within walking distance to good local restaurants and Mushroom Bay. What really made our stay was Putu who really went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met from day cooking us very tasty yummy breakfasts to organising transport, snorkel trips, being so kind and helpful. Thank you Putu! Love to go back and highly recommend! "
