My husband and i absolutely loved it! The staff was excellent! Very helpful, charismatic, cheerful, Attentive, friendly and The entertainment was awesome ! The hotel it self was very clean, well put together! The rooms were very nice! My only complaint about the room was that the beds were not very comfortable! They had a great choice in restaurants which gave you the opportunity to visit the other facilities! The buffet itself at the main hotel was good, but the food very repetitive! It was almost the same for lunch and dinner! But the flavors were good, A little low on the seasoning, but you can always add salt to taste! 👍

So much to do and staff is fun and wants you to feel pampered. A lot of staff had limited English and were unable to answer questions when we asked. It was very difficult to find a schedule of the shows and activities happening at all of the different Bahia principe hotels that we were eligible to visit.

The food, the activities, the staff and the service, everything was excellent. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and we had access to other hotel facilities within the Bahia Principe resort area. What I didn't like was that the bed in the room was too firm for us. They did not offer a softer bed option.

Although this resort was clean, transportation throughout the property was very poor. Communication was poor as well when it came to shuttle transfer to the airport. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to anyone nor would I return.

I would have given the property 5 stars but the room I was in needs a serious upgrade. Shower had rust. The spa tub looked like it needs some work. Cracks along the wall. Staff was great, very pleasant and welcoming. The shows and food were awesome.

The resort was older but very well taken care of. The staff was helpful. Every time you asked someone a question they were rude. Too many people selling stuff all over the resort. The bar tenders would just ignore you. We would never go back to this resort.

This was an excpectional time. Majority of the staff were awesome. Willing and happy to help you. The guy at the beach bar was always happy and cheerful, super guy. The restaurants had great tasting dishes. The buffet is a buffet, feeding hundreds of people you can only achieveva certain level. Omelete station guys were great. Resort is showing some age but still nice. Navigating around property takes some learning. We had a great time and met some nice people.

Great place! It’s exactly how it’s depicted on Expedia. Very large property but always had carts to take you anywhere so you don’t need to walk. Never had a problem reserving pool or beach chairs. Made our first trip to memorable.

It was nice it just felt like they were constantly soliciting other activities. It felt like every 30 mins someone would approach us and try to sell us an excursion. Otherwise everything was great.
