1st time at Margaritaville - Married Couple - celebrating my birthday- 7/20/24-7/24/24. Resort is beautiful and pristine! But No Beach! We had to walk about 10 minutes to Juanillo Beach- worth the walk! Water was like a lagoon-it sits on the Caribbean Sea. Mid/top shelf liquor is not included. Staff was friendly. Upgrade to the “Villa” with swim up pool is a must! Amenities inside the room are upscale and very modern-with everything you need to make a Margarita! Variety of restaurants - Vegan and Gluten free options. Musicians and DJ at night (music was a bit loud if you have an early bedtime) - Overall it was nice to experience a new resort in Cap Cana (Exclusive area and home to Jack Nicholson’s golf courses) oh and our bracelets are our Room Key- eliminating frequent duplicate key requests.

I would not return. It is not a beachfront resort if you’re hoping to enjoy the beach. They are hounding you from the time you get there basically until you leave to buy a time share. They actually were tracking people down at the pool.. A landshark restaurant, which is part of the selling point to visit BUT no Landshark beer?!?! If you want anything other then Presidente you have to pay more, your room only has water in a fridge tht doesn’t stay cold…we left 2 different restaurants in the evening because the service was soo SLOW… then when we finally decided we would actually just wait the 45 minutes at a restaraunt they brought the appetizers and food out all at once… The pool was nice BUT never saw them cleaning it…we saw trash around it for days…

Everything was amazing! We did however witness a young black kid punch a white lady in the face. The next day he was at the pool. We thought he deserved to be kicked off the resort. Security could be better in that regard but we felt safe and had an amazing time. The employees were all so friendly and welcoming. All of them!

The hotel is beautiful, pools are excellent! The whole experience there was great, staff is amazing! I truly loved everything about the hotel. I will say though the beach directly behind the hotel is not the greatest, you have to walk further down to get a good beach experience. I will also add that if you are look for an adults only experience, this isn’t it either. The only place where you will be around adults only is the pool area. Other than that, everything else is shared. If that doesn’t bother you, you will absolutely love and enjoy this hotel like we did! Very excited to book my next trip here soon!

El servicio del hotel no es bueno, en mi experiencia estuve reportando problemas con el aire acondicionado los 5 días q me pasé y la última noche optaron a mi solicitud cambiarnos de habitación, para ir a un restaurante no permiten hacer reservas por lo q llegas y tienes que esperar muchísimo para poder entrar, las amenidades estaban bien al igual que el servicio de las muchachas en el SPA, la playa malísima hay q caminar para poder encontrar una que es pública, en sentido general no volvería a visitar este hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Margaritaville Resort in Cap Cana for four enchanting nights, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, setting the tone for a delightful getaway. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Yudy at the front desk, who was a beacon of warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help my brother and me orient ourselves with the hotel, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Yudy’s assistance in arranging a vehicle rental made our adventures throughout the area much easier, allowing us to explore the beauty of Cap Cana with ease. Additionally, Micheal, the bellman, was another invaluable resource, outlining a wonderful night out that we thoroughly enjoyed. His insights and recommendations truly enhanced our experience and made us feel like VIP guests. The accommodations were nothing short of stunning. While my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. I initially had the impression that the resort was adults-only, so I found it surprising to encounter families with children in various areas, including the bars. I believe clearer advertising about the resort's family-friendly aspects would enhance the experience for those seeking a more tranquil adult-only vacation. Another area for improvement was the on-site restaurants, which unfortunately was not the best.

Staff was great property was ok I had a issue with my bedding but they came and fixed the problem the food is not all that at the buffet but the restaurant are pretty good bring enough cash because there atm is broke

Overpriced resort, it’s not a 5 star resort. It’s just a average resort. The resort do not have a private beach and the nearest beach contains rocks and other debris. I was expecting a better quality food. Small check in area , it’s get over crowded easily. Definitely not recommend.
