The grounds were nice,beach beautiful. The buffets were not good at all but the restaurants at night more than made up for poor buffet.Staff was nice especially the pool bar and casino.

The property is very beautiful and the staff is really nice. There was always something to eat and drink as well. Only thing that wasnt perfect was at times there wasnt anything to do. All the resort activities stop after 9 pretty much

Bad service, bad buffet, poor food quality and selection, old rooms very outdated, rooms smell bad, you can see mold in some areas of the washroom. Overall never again here and trust me don't do your vacation here your will regret it.

Horrible service, buffet is the worst service, we always finish our breakfast with out coffee, the only time we had coffee it didn't taste good at all. Rooms are outdated like very old, shower very small it is a challenge if you have kids to give them a shower, a la cart are not good at all. They never changed our bed sheets and never did a proper Cleaning even leaving tips every day, they never change the towels I had to call to get new towels. For my wife birthday I ask for a cake the day before to sing Happy birthday at Tokyo restaurant and it never happened, I had to go and fight again about it and I got cake

I loved the fact that it was right on the beach. The food was good. The drinks were not the best but the Mamajuana made up for it.

The staff was pleasant and the food was awesome! There was so much to do on the resort. i will go back to that resort with my family. love it!
