Hotel view , food was good different choices, drinks where available all night, casino was small but good.

Room #7315 2 light bulbs out 3 of the lamps were broken (no knob, no fastener to hold the shade and loose bulb socket. Tv has stains on screen All 3 sliding glass door handles are loose, one is broken. No hot water only Luke warm Shower leaked all over floor Drawers are broken on desk Drawers on bureau are broken. No pillow or pillowscase for rollaway No blanket for rollaway Had to call 2X’s still didn’t come. Shower was dirty, had long hair on walls and floor. Faceplate on shower knob is broken. The shampoo displays are loose Shampoo and conditioner that are on the wall are more than half empty. Mold in corner of bathroom. Waist basket next to toilet has urine stain/splash Toilet paper plate cover has urine stain/splash Part of the shower wall (tile) is missing. Hinges for shower doors are rusty. Shower door does not completely shut. Caulking in and around shower has mold and mildew. The ice machine had literally 3 pieces of ice. The ice bucket is dirty. Freezer door in Mini fridge is frozen shut. Sheets are grainy/pilly 2 curtains are not attached properly (when you open/clonse them they fall off.

Staff was super friendly it was a big property that was clean. Delicious food.casino,disco and seven restaurants. Beach was clean and relaxing. I had a deep tissue massage skygliding for a good price

The people how work over there don’t speak English and also don’t understand noting.

We were there for 5 days and the same 3 restaurants were open every night. The ones we wanted to try didn't open at all. The buffet was as expected except everything was cold. They had workers all over the lobby trying to sell you your next vacation, very pushy. The Expedia rep told us what time our return shuttle was and to confirm the day before with him or the paper on his desk. We tried numerous times but he wasn't there and the paper wasn't filled out. We ended up missing the shuttle because it came a half hour earlier then we were told. In all, we got away from 25 degrees to 85 degrees so it was a nice trip. Seemed more like a hotel then an all inclusive resort.

The property itself wasnt bad,but the Buffet food was horrible! & The Bugs & Roaches in our room.were unacceptable! & we had to fight to get towels & wash clothes..it was annoying.

Do not book here, I read the reviews, and should not have given it a shot. This was suppose to be a solo relaxing birthday trip, and Occidental disappointed. Why? -There was hair all over the floors -Dust on all surfaces, including glass that you could visibly and easily see, so there is no way someone even tried to clean it. -booked an oceanview to see the ocean, however patio door was smudged and dirty -Food, primarily the buffet, was the worst I've had at any all inclusive. However, the japanese restaurant was good. Italian restaurant - not good. -CLEANLINESS IS A HUGE PROBLEM HERE. Not once one on any of my buffet visits did they change the tablecloth or much less run a rag to clean the table! When I would ask for table to be cleaned from prior table guests, the staff would simply run the hand over the crumbs onto the chair i was going to sit at! -Good luck with dialing 0 in your room to speak with guest services or front desk. On the day off my birthday, I went to sleep absolutely LIVID. I waited going on 3 hours from the first ask to get toothpaste and soap brought to my room. I had to call over 5 times and then get out of bed and go to desk to finally get someone to come. The guest services person also hung up on the phone on me. It's a shame this place Failed on cleanliiness, service, and food because the property and beach is gorgeous. Unless, this is the only place that fits in your budget, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone sadly.

Food wasn’t good at all. Room was clean but hotel is old. It was hard to communicate with staff.
