I stayed at this property with a group of friends. We all experienced the same issues when it came to the AC in our rooms and around the facility. We contacted maintenance however, continued to experience a lack of cool air especially during night hours. Most of the restaurants also lack cool air which made it uncomfortable to sit for the dinner hours. I will say that staff at the restaurants are very attentive and accommodating, shout out to Julian at the Italian restaurant.
The resort seems to shut down early which was strange since this is considered a “party” resort. They do have a club which is open late but again, the poor AC made it a sauna.
Something worth noting, the waves at the beach are very strong and make the beach extremely dangerous and practically unusable. While i understand this is no fault of the resort, it is worth noting for beach lovers.
On a positive note, all the food throughout the resort was fantastic.
