This 2-acre property features a cottage with 1 cozy queen-bed bedroom, a lovely living room with a Queen sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower and bidet. Enjoy the cool AC, Wi-Fi, grill, fire table, bon-fire pit and convenient washer, dryer on-site during your stay. Only 2.5 miles to Punta Gorda Airport, 1.5 miles to Exciting Downtown Nightlife, Restaurants or Parks. Local Marina's Offer Charter fishing, sightseeing, and sunset Tiki cruises. Popular Fisherman Village shopping and restaurants just 2 miles away, and 3 miles over the bridge to the new Sunseeker resort. For all your Beach Vibes visit Boca Grande 30 miles away, Englewood 27 miles away, and Famous Fort Myers beaches 38 miles away. For your pleasure many entertainment opportunities exist from 5 minutes to 140 miles to theme parks, eco-tours, botanical gardens, zoo's etc. American Legion members can enjoy in the Back Yard a Tiki Bar, Entertainment, and Dinning (D.N.
