The property is in a quiet location, welcoming staff at the beginning. Alejandro was great as he arranged our reservations and suggested places to go to. Ropm service qas horrible, wr lacked tissue (napkins), water refill, mini bar refill, and coffee cups for the first 3 nights. It went horrible from the day after. Bar staff were moody at times, and sometimes they were good. Horrible housekeeping, and reception on receiving calls from my room. Major adjustment needed to reach hospitality standards.

Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated. Buffet food was good, plenty to choose. And plenty of booze too. Would defo recommend to families, couples and anyone else for that matter. To the staff thank you for working hard. And to the 2 pensioners scrapping in the bingo hall. Naughty boys!!

Beautiful resort. Loved having three large pools. They should use one for adults only. Lots of kids in all areas. Didn’t affect our stay. Food was very repetitive in the buffet. After 5 days we were glad to move on for different food choices. Limited drinks for alcohol beverages. But again none of this makes my rating low. We had a great time.
