We had reserved a Superior double with a Mountain View, but we were given a King and twin bed with a glass-sealed window offering a view of the hotel’s interior. In Ipiales, nighttime temperatures remain low, causing the room to cool quickly. During one of our three-night stays, we were provided with a hot water bag within the bed covers, potentially intended to warm the bed. There were some issues with the toilet seat which the maintenance……
