About this property

New, modern, exclusive—that's how the Klein Stresow vacation village describes itself

  • Discovering the “great” in the small—that was the inspiration behind the name “Große Lage” for this vacation home in the Klein Stresow vacation village. It’s much more than just the visually appealing facade with red shutters that distinguishes this thatched-roof vacation home. Situated in the second row, somewhat sheltered from the Bodden winds and the bike path that runs past the vacation village, it’s particularly appealing thanks to its perfect south-facing orientation. Sitting on the terrace, you can enjoy the undisturbed path of the sun’s rays from early morning until late evening. From the cozy beach chair, the lounge chair, or the seating area, your gaze wanders to the sea and the meadows, to the beautifully overgrown lilac hedges and the other colorful thatched-roof houses. Delight in the peaceful sounds of nature. The wind, waves, and birdsong will quickly make you forget the stresses of everyday life and help you unwind.

Follow us inside the house. A spacious, bright, and open-concept living and dining area in Scandinavian style awaits you, along with a fully equipped kitchenette. In the morning, choose your favorite coffee from the Nespresso capsule machine or a classic drip coffee maker and enjoy your breakfast with freshly baked sourdough rolls from the farm shop. With the high-quality pots and pans, cooking on the induction cooktop is simply a pleasure—even on vacation. For barbecue enthusiasts, an electric contact grill is also available. The air fryer lets you quickly prepare additional delicacies. For cozy moments on the sofa, the crackling of the wood-burning stove creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that fills the entire room. The bathroom area is also well thought out and features a beautiful Finnish sauna on the first floor, in addition to a sink, toilet, and shower.

Once you reach the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with box-spring beds and spacious closets and shelves. Here, you can choose between a double bed or two single beds arranged lengthwise. You can also use the second room to take care of work or personal matters in peace. The small desk right by the window offers a fantastic view across the Greifswald Bodden—an invitation to let your thoughts wander or to read a book from the small library. The second, equally well-equipped bathroom is a real eye-catcher, lovingly designed with a dormer window in the thatched roof and a great view of the rising sun. A little tip: it’s a great spot to watch birds in the bushes and trees without being disturbed.
In addition to the linens package and other bookable extras, the all-inclusive amenity package naturally includes reliable Wi-Fi as well as flat-screen TVs in the living and sleeping areas. To protect against unwanted “guests,” insect screens are installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
A free parking space reserved just for you is available for use during your stay.
Our vacation village, situated in a quiet and idyllic location near the water on the sunny south coast in the heart of Rügen’s biosphere reserve, offers you the perfect setting for a vacation in harmony with nature. The biking and hiking trails practically start right at your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a natural beach that’s easily accessible on foot using the village’s handcart. Here, for example, you can set out on kayak or SUP tours; equipment rental is available right at the village café.

Finally, here are a few practical tips and pieces of information:
Access to the vacation village is only possible at walking speed, as the road is unpaved and in its natural state.
You’ll need a chip to use an electric vehicle charging station.
The cost depends on the length of your stay.
Up to 6 days: €40; 7 days or more: €60; 10 days or more: €80; and 14 days or more: €100.
Please note that we have a total of 3 charging stations available for all vacation guests in the Klein Stresow vacation village; there is no (!) car charging cable provided.
You will also be sharing the charging stations with other vacationers during your stay. Of course, your reserved parking space will continue to be available to you free of charge.

If you’re arriving by train, a shuttle service from Putbus to Klein Stresow is available.
For the last few meters from the Putbus train station to the vacation village, Ruyastay is happy to arrange a shuttle for a small fee. We want to support sustainable travel and know that the last few meters to your vacation home can often be a challenge.

The Café Klein Stresow, with its farm shop, offers hot and cold beverages, fresh rolls for your vacation breakfast, light meals, and snacks for in between meals, homemade cakes, ice cream, and specialty coffees, as well as a wide variety of regional products and souvenirs.
To ensure a relaxing New Year’s Eve, we’d like to let you know that our resort celebrates a fireworks-free New Year’s Eve.
We hope to welcome you to our beautiful vacation home soon!

Alles positiv. Es wären einige Kleiderbügel mehr recht hilfreich. Nicht unzufrieden, auch kein Mangel, aber die Gartenanlage rund um das Haus hätte ein wenig gepflegter sein dürfen. 77 / 77 / 74 / 68
