Spanning approximately 48 m², the apartment features two separate bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, and a bathroom. Built in 2021, the apartment combines modern amenities with a Nordic-inspired interior design and a natural setting not far from the Greifswald Bodden.

A practical floor plan for four people

The vacation apartment provides fixed sleeping arrangements for all guests. The first bedroom features a 180 × 200 cm double box-spring bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 cm.

This makes “Kleine Sanddorn 26” ideal for a family with children as well as for two couples or friends traveling together. Wardrobes provide space for your luggage. In addition, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

The beds are already made upon your arrival. Towels are also provided in the apartment.

Modern comfort in a compact space

All guests can spend their vacation time together in the open-concept living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright, airy atmosphere and let in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

A sofa invites you to relax—for example, after a bike ride, a trip to the beach, or a walk along the Bodden. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV for a cozy evening of TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The coordinated furniture, artwork, and lighting reflect a modern, Nordic design. This creates an atmosphere that is both clean and cozy.

Cooking and dining together

The open kitchen is directly integrated into the living area. It features high-quality appliances and a complete set of tableware. A dishwasher makes everyday life on vacation easier and ensures that you have more time to relax after meals.

At the dining table with four chairs, you can enjoy breakfast, dinner, or a cozy evening together. Thanks to the open layout, cooking and socializing go hand in hand.

Your own sauna for personal relaxation

A private sauna is one of the vacation rental’s special features. It offers you the opportunity to enjoy soothing warmth regardless of the weather or season.

Especially after a chilly day at the Baltic Sea, a long bike ride, or an outing on the water, the sauna becomes a pleasant retreat. The bathroom also features a shower and a toilet.

The vacation rental does not have its own washer or dryer. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for shared use in the main building.

A Nature-Oriented Vacation for Families

Children are welcome in the vacation rental. The two separate bedrooms and the four fixed beds provide a practical setup for spending vacation days together without having to convert the living area into a sleeping area every evening.

This quiet vacation village on the south coast of Rügen is particularly well-suited for guests who want to stay away from the bustling seaside resorts and get to know the island from a more tranquil perspective.

About 600 meters from the natural beach

The natural beach is located about 600 meters from the vacation rental and is within walking distance. A handcart is available for towels, beach bags, and other items.

The Greifswald Bodden is also nearby. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and bike rides. If you’d like to experience Rügen from the water, you can also set out on a kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding tour.

Directions and Parking

A free, reserved parking space is included with the vacation rental. Access to the vacation village is via an unpaved, natural road. Vehicles may only travel at walking speed on this road.

A total of three shared charging stations are available for electric vehicles. There is a fee for use, which is calculated based on the length of stay. Since no vehicle charging cable is provided, you must bring a compatible charging cable with you.

If you are arriving by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to Klein Stresow can be arranged for a small fee.

Café and Farm Store in the Neighborhood

The Café Klein Stresow, with its attached farm store, offers fresh rolls for your your vacation breakfast. In addition, they offer hot and cold beverages, light meals, snacks, homemade cake, ice cream, and various specialty coffees. Select regional products round out the selection.
