The picturesque setting on the Aegean Sea was amazing. The staff was so caring and willing to fulfill our very need. The continental breakfast had great local choices as well as other treats and beverages. We are building our house near by and will definitely have our overflow guests stay at Emporios Bay Hotel. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The daily breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh local ingredients and a wonderful variety of options. The beachfront location is ideal, with crystal-clear water just steps from the hotel and excellent tavernas nearby. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore Chios, this is the perfect place to stay. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again soon. Great property in a great location - only 4 mins from the airport via car and a 10 minute walk into town center. Excellent food as well, the breakfast which was included in the stay was top tier. Staff are extremely friendly, however at times they appear to be understaffed with an inability to adjust (i.e. 2 workers at the pool bar for a crowd of 40 people and 4 employees standing in the lobby working the front desk for occasional guests that come in). Took an hour to get a sandwich and glass of wine. When the sandwich came out, it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while. Not what you would expect from 5 star resorts
