"We stayed in crown plaza in Fuzhou and it was a great experience. So we gave Tianjin crown plaza a try. That experience turned out to a huge difference in a negative way.
First night checked in to a room with broken fridge and floor covered in human hair. So we had to move to another room the next morning. But the second room wasn’t any better at all. It had a damaged/cracked sink and it had a bad sewer smell in the toilet room. The odor was spreading out to whole room and it became unbearable. This hotel needs lots of maintenance to bring back its glory. "
