What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still, the breakfast was very delicious and served to us restaurant style, fresh croissants as well as cold cuts and cheese spreads, jams and yogurts. A wonderful experience.

This is by far the most comfortable, luxurious and beautiful hotel we have stayed in Europe. We even canceled our next reservation to stay another night. Restaurant is also 5 stars. I love this hotel!!!

We stayed in the economy room and it was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was a nightmare, the bed was very squeaky, the pillows were awful. We woke up both days with back pain. Additionally, the heating was too high so it was too warm for us and we were told it was a central heating so there was nothing we could do. When we opened the window the room got full of mosquitoes.

Ich bin ehrlichgesagt etwas enttäuscht. Scheinbar habe ich auf Expedia zugestimmt, dass ich irgendein Zimmer bekomme. Mag sein, kann ich nicht mehr nachschauen. Jedoch habe ich keine Meldung erhalten, dass ich ein Zimmer ohne eigenem Bad erhalten werde. Das hätte ich niemals zugestimmt. Ich bin trotzdem in das Gleis 6. Das Zimmer ist trotz Heizung auf höchste Stufe in der Nacht kalt, 2 von 3 Nachttischlampen sind kaputt, die Musikbox ging nicht an. Im Zimmer war niergends ein Spiegel. Und wenn man schon das Gebäude wechseln muss, wäre ein Bademantel sehr nett gewesen. Im Bad ging das Licht in der Dusche rechts während dem duschen einfach aus und gar nicht wieder an, ich musste während dem duschen die Dusche wechseln weil ich nichts mehr gesehen habe! Auch das Licht am Spiegel ging nach einer Zeit aus und nicht wieder an. Das Frühstück im Lofthotel war auch eher mickrig… Die Bitte nach einem Spiegel wurde erfüllt. Ich habe jedoch das Gefühl, ich wurde etwas schlechter behandelt weil ich über Expedia gebucht habe („sie haben über Expedia gebucht deshalb das Zimmer ohne Bad weil sie das zugestimmt haben“). Aber wie schon erwähnt, hätte ich das explizit gewusst, hätte ich das nicht genommen.

Super Zimmer mit Balkon

Sehr grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und allem was gebraucht wird. Wir durften das Frühstück am Sagisteg am See einnehmen. War super. Personal an der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Ein Ort zum Verweilen

Schon bei der telefonischen Anfrage zur erfolgten Buchung konnte durch die freundliche Praktikantin für den Folgetag der Wellnessbereich reserviert werden. Das saubere und grosszügige Zimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der kleine Spaziergang zur einmaligen Sagibeiz lohnt sich auf alle Fälle! Die Location am See und das feine Essen mit verschiedenen Aromen angereichert sowohl auch das traumhafte Frühstück werden durch sehr freundliches Personal serviert. Der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und gepflegt mit einer tollen Aussicht. Besten Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Immer einen Aufenthalt wert...

Der kurzfristig gebuchte Aufenthalt entsprach völlig unseren Erwartungen. Corona-Massnahmen auch sehr gut umgesetzt. So durften wir 2 Stunden lang das Spa alleine benutzen.
