Clean and well maintained facilities, helpful and polite staff and a nice amount of options for breakfast as well. Parking right next door and the hotel provides a 25% discount on the parking garage.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

The hotel is in great location. It’s just a few steps from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time in Brussels.

Had great experience. Hotel is close to the train station and walkable distance from many attractions. Hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The staff wasn’t helpful. Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. Ended up using an uber to the airport rather than the shuttle because it was inconvenient.
