not good
Only a sheet on the bed—no blankets, bathroom smell pervaded the room on arrival, no hot water, insufficient soap, no shampoo, a large insect roaming the room, staff very difficult to find in the evening. Noise either in hotel or just outside made it harder to sleep. Location was father from the historial center than I had thought it would be.

The location is my favorite in Queretaro - "Artsy" district, very calm yet a ten minute walk to the main square(s). The furniture is very basic, wifi can be a bit spotty at times, but it is very clean. The price is great for a hotel that is more than adequate. The owner is from Morocco and has a very nice restaurant as well which is part of the hotel.

Very unique and fun place to stay. Relaxing patio with pleasant and atmosphere. Restaurant was very good - Mexican / Moroccan fusion. Belly dancing and entertainment over the weekend. Hookahs and tea. Great stay, especially for the price.

El chico de recepción poco servicial, el desayuno muy malo, únicamente fue un pan y un cafe que no sabía tan bueno, esperamos mucho tiempo y nunca regresaron a checar si necesitabamos algo mas, nos tuvimos que retirar del restaurante para hacer checkin puesto que esperamos mucho. Las mesas muy sucias, tuve que limpiarla yo así como las tazas del café sucias. En general la mala experiencia fue en el desayuno.

Desde que llegamos, muy mala atención del receptor, que por cierto, no sabía español, asi que atendió en inglés, dos toallas para tres personas, mal aseado el cuarto y para acabar mi esposa e hija terminaron con piquetes de bichos,no sabemos qué tipo... Mala experiencia, no volvemos ahí. 😟

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicacion, es cómodo y agradable, la atención es buena. El primer dia no hubo agua caliente y el tipo de cama que se ofrecia en la publicación no fue la de la habitación que nos asignaron.

El lugar está muy céntrico y está bien respecto precio y calidad, lo único que no me gusto es que todo estaba limpio excepto las toallas de baño tenían un olor raro pero en general si lo recomiendo

La atención fue buena. El baño no tiene nada de privacidad, si viajas acompañado inclusive ya con tu pareja o cónyuge, tendrá que escuchar todos los ruidos que puedas generar en el baño. El agua de la regadera estaba fría

El lugar es muy lindo, la atención del dueño es inmejorable, es muy amable y esta siempre al pendiente. El lugar cuenta con restaurante y con show cultural de bailes árabes. Lo que no me gustó es que por el costo que pagamos las amenidades fueron mínimas. No hay agua en las habitaciones, el desayuno fue café y pan, había la mitad de un rollo de papel. Sin embargo como en todo, siempre la amabilidad rescata la experiencia.

Buena ubicacion, la puerta del baño deberia tener cuando menos una cortina, y deberian tener letreros de no molestar en la habitacion, me quede tres noches y no necesitaba limpieza diario.
