This hotel was convenient for our 1 night stay. Close to both the QRO airport for my husband to catch an early morning flight and to Costco for me to shop. Our room was very comfortable, access to the executive lounge was a nice perk and dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Even service and remmediations of the provkwm were great, I checked in in a lower class room Vs booked. I have reserved for a Master Suite, but they assigned me a deluxe room. However they gave me executive floor access and 2 brunches for free

We have been staying at this property in Queretaro for about 12 years, at least once a year for about 10 days. All staff is top notch, attentive and professional. Food quality is very good. The in-property restaurant has been recently remodeled and the new concept looks and feels a bit more upscale. Very good property in a great location. Will come back again very soon :)

Very friendly staff, large and clean room, but very noisy room on the ring road (select pool room), breakfast ridiculous for a 5*, cigaret smoke in the corridor, cardboard & papers let on the ground during 2 days. Wifi connection very very low.
