Apartment block "Roch Maria", 15 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the centre of Quiberon, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach. Shop 10 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 10 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, ferry "Embarcadere Belle Ile en Mer" 500 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Quiberon" 10 m, indoor swimming pool 900 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 2 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Casino 1 km, Côte sauvage et Presqu'ile de Quiberon 400 m, Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, Carnac et les Alignements 20 km, Vannes 40 km, Lorient 60 km. Hiking paths: Le Golfe du Morbihan. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Quiberon, 1 km.  
3-room apartment 52 m2 on 3rd floor. Fully renovated in 2018, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (SENSEO) extra) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Un tres bel emplacement avec vue mer, belle déco, mais standing pas à la hauteur du prix. Oreillers inconfortable, odeurs dans les toilettes, bruit moteur cour exterieure, manque de rangements dans les chambres.

#### Quiberon eine kleine Insel zum Erholen

Wir hatten einen tollen, schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub. Strand wirklich vor der Haustür. Entspannte Umgebung, Menschen und eine schöne Zeit. Wohnung doch sehr klein mit wirklich kleinen Betten. Schlaf war somit 1 Woche nicht optimal. Aber den haben wir tagsüber am herrlichen Sandstrand nachgeholt.
