The Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated close to the town of Quilty just three and a half miles from Miltown Malbay in County Clare. The cottage can sleep nine people and has two ground floor double bedrooms, two doubles (one with en-suite shower) and one single, together with ground floor shower room and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and dining room with stove together with sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden with private rear garden with furniture. The Cottage is a delightful cottage from which to explore this fantastic part of the county. Only minimum 7 night stays accepted at this property. No partial weeks. Amenities: Oil central heating with solid fuel stove and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wifi , 2 x TVs with Saorview. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Large bright airy property. Owner helpful and friendly. He has plans to upgrade some of the house which is a good idea. Great to be able to bring our dog.
