"Perfect location. Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms were very comfortable and considering we were on a very busy main road you could hardly hear any traffic. We made good use of the rooftop pool, although it can get it a bit busy. This could be due to the heatwave at the time. The yellow line metro is just 5 mins walk that has links to all the areas in the city by changing over at Praça Marquês de Pombal. "The hotel is located in an ideal spot. You can walk to the mall, the parks, downtown shops. My room was clean with a cute welcome plate of fruit and then daily chocolates! The staff was very kind, helpful and respectful. The pools are fabulous. I ate at their bar and had a welcome drink—everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel. The best part of my stay was the spa treatments! I went three times and enjoyed each treatment Miss Silva and Michaela were awesome."
