"Wonderful location, staff and room. I travel often and would stay again. Beautiful, charming older building with character. Only one hiccup (the staff loved their heating). I walked in and it was about 85F. The towel warmer was broken and heated the entire room. Slept with window open so all good. They tried to fix it however I only stayed 2 nights. This didn't hurt my review because staff was so nice to help. Again great location and room."

"Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here. Recommended A++"

"We loved the staff at the front desk and especially the lead lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a short walk to the duomo and central piazza. "
