"Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. Some of the villa had been refurbished and the two bathrooms with showers finished to a high standard. "The apartment is a 7-8 minute walk to the Duomo. Close enough but doesn't get noisy at nights. There are small stores nearby. The two-room apartment is nicer than the online photos show. There is air conditioning in both rooms, and it works; even without it, the apartment is cool enough. Antonella and her husband are very welcoming, and very responsive to questions by text messages.
