Relax while enjoying views of the ocean and sunsets over Santa Marta Bay. Direct access to the ocean, swimming pools, hot tub, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, squash court, lake, bar, restaurant, and game room. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. Elena was very attentive and helpful for our entire stay. We felt very safe in this building. Everyone was very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. It's about 50 mins from the airport, but Elena can help you with transportation while you're in Quito.

An Incredible Stay – Definitely in My Top 3! Everything about this apartment was incredible! The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and everything you could possibly need was within walking distance, including ATMs, restaurants, and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Elena was fantastic! She was extremely responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The apartment itself had everything I needed and was comfortable and well-equipped. And if you’re thinking, “But breakfast isn’t included!” — don’t worry! There’s a lovely, affordable coffee shop on the ground floor, making it super easy to grab a great coffee and something to eat before starting your day. I’ve stayed in countless apartments and hotels across the Americas over more than 15 years of traveling, and I can honestly say this place ranks among my top 3 stays ever. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place, a fantastic location, and great value for money. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Great apartment, great location

Everything within walking distance, it’s a secure location with 24hrs security guard. Nice view to the city and to the mountains. Overall a great experience. Gracias Elena.
