A must stay if visiting Quito. Old world, charm, exceptional accommodations, and amazing customer service. What amazing place to stay in Quito in the heart of the historic district. The hotel is so charming and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, spoke fluent English and provided exceptional service. Our room had a great view of the Virgin Mary and the beautiful mountain surrounding Quito. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order and they even personalize our plates. Check in and out was a breeze. They have a rooftop bar with awesome views and it is also where breakfast is served. We would highly recommend staying here. A big shout out to Yale and the rest of the front desk staff as well as the chefs for making this a memorable stay.

What REALLY stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Yale, in particular went out of her way to ensure a great stay. The room was very clean, but for older or disabled folks, caution there are stairs, but there may be rooms on the ground floor.

The location of this property is ideal and walkable to everything you need or want to see in Old Town Quito. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop is different each day which is an added benefit. Staff are extremely helpful and well organized. We recommend this property.

I can't praise the staff enough, they, particularly Yale, went beyond the call of duty to assist us. Although, there are some stairs up to the rooms, help was available to carry our bags. The room was clean and tidy. I wish we could have spent a couple more nights.

Staff was awesome!!!! Best Boutique Hotel I stayed in a long time, quaint and efficient. Highly recommend! The breakfast was excellent and service was personalized. Amazing property, right in the heart of historic Quito. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was amazing. Only downside was it got quite noisy at night (outside traffic), but it is to be expected with such a centrally-located place.
