“Rooms were clean and comfortable albeit slightly dated, decor wise. House keeping was excellent. The restaurant next door which is part of the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and always made an effort to welcome you back at the end of the day and at the beginning of day. Good quiet location and walking distance to cafes and restaurants.”
“It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.”
