"The 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen and an outdoor deck/patio was fantastic. 3 pools to choose from.
Didn’t like hearing the people in the unit above us stomping around at all hours of the day and night. Next time we will ask for the top floor in the building with the elevator facing the lake! "
"House was very nice, and exceptionally clean. New home with updated appliances, beds were very comfortable, and amazing water pressure. Host was very responsive and accommodating.Lake was very nice and we had a great time fishing. No lake acces in the backyard (overgrown and all but impossible to get through - we tried), but there is a beautiful community park just down the road with great bass fishing and plenty of water access. One of the best value VRBO's we have stayed at and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only change I would make is adding a TV in the downstairs living room / kitchen area. "
"The size and sleeping accommodations were perfect for our party of seven. With that being said, there are some improvements needed to get a five star rating. It seems as though this is a fairly new rental as there were no previous reviews when we booked. We decided to take a chance and the place was good but I’d like to make a few suggestions for great reviews in the future. - some landscaping, especially in the back yard to make it more inviting. There is a pool but it’s right in line with the afternoon sun. Texas summers are hot and stepping into the pool is like stepping into a jacuzzi. Perhaps some trees or some poles with shade sails attached. "

"The King's Palace Resort was perfect for us! Our 8-person team used it for a 3-day planning retreat. The Palace allowed us to sleep, eat, and work all in one place. "Its a nice quiet neighborhood. The camper is nice, the pool was relaxing. We didn't use the spa due to needing to give 2 hrs notice before using it and not wanting to be charged more. Since we weren't sure what time we wanted to use it. We have no complaints. Will note that the drive wasn't marked with cones as said it would be. We passed it up ! Lol but it was a nice get away"
