The first room we were given was unacceptable. It was difficult to find because there was no room number on the door, and when we opened it, there was an extremely strong, foul odor that I honestly cannot describe. It was so bad that I immediately left the room and could not imagine staying there or even eating the food we had brought. I went back to the front desk, explained the situation, and the employee apologized and moved us to another room. The second room was a complete 180 from the first. It appeared much more updated and had what looked like brand-new bedding, towels, and washcloths. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, but I would stay in that room again. I appreciate that the employee resolved the issue quickly, but the condition of the first room definitely needs to be addressed.

This hotel was decent for the price. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, but it definitely wasn't the dirtiest either. The property is older, but it appears to be reasonably maintained and served its purpose for a short stay. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay overnight, this hotel is a good option. Just keep in mind that it doesn't have some of the newer conveniences found in more modern hotels. For example, there were no built-in USB charging ports, so be sure to bring a wall adapter or charging block for your electronics. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. Nothing fancy, but a decent budget-friendly choice if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

When we tried to check in, there was a sign saying the lobby was closed (it was 6:45 pm) and to go around to the night window. There was no one at the window. We tried calling and ringing the doorbell. After 30 minutes we left to go get dinner. When we returned, we went to the small window. After 5 minutes someone finally showed up to assist us. The area seemed rough and the hotel room didn’t have a security lock. Overall, it seemed clean
