Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner.
Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+.
Than out of the blue I find this beauty.....
Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...

"Only issue we came across was that we had no key to secure the patio door.
I realise the appartment was on the 1st floor but for nervous types it might be more of an issue.
That doesnt mean our stay was spoilt in any way and we would definitely like to return one day."

"Very unique old mansion complete with eclectic wall to wall art, probably original furniture and uneven/squeaky floors. Only part upgraded were bathrooms. Living room space fits a group nicely. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Interior needs some help with musty/moldy odor.
Beds could use some newer mattresses, not very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Limited communication with staff, especially at checkin. One visit was good enough for us. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great atmosphere, what we were expecting for our stay. Food was lovely also. Very pleased that we were able to take our dog Luna, she was very much loved by not only the staff but the customers. We stayed for two nights and was able to sleep very well. Really lovely staff"

"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury.
The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house.
The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm house, which was fine, but it meant it was slightly less secluded than expected.
Overall a great location and a really good experience. "

"A beautifully kept property furnished with everything you could need and more including a lovely welcome pack. Jayne was very welcoming and helpful - available if needed but not intrusive. The downstairs bedroom with en suite was a godsend as we had my 91 year old mother in law with us."
