"A beautiful small hotel in a wonderful location. Service was excellent and the room was gorgeous and high quality in a traditional style. Our only gripe was whilst the room was serviced daily, it was just the bed partially made and nothing else. However, this didn’t bother us. On the expensive side but worth it and Rab is the most beautiful place to visit."

However … two things to consider: 1) it is dog friendly, with rules to keep dogs on leads and in a separate part of the restaurant. However, it is not policed, and dog owners consistently had dogs on long leads ( I tripped over a lead!) , or some had no leads. "Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe.
