“We returned to Rabun County for our anniversary and so our cancer-battling lab could enjoy a likely final vacation. Our time at the secluded but easily-accessible Lavinder Laurel Leaf Cottage was MORE than we could’ve hoped for! Our FAVORITE-EVER short-term rental - it was spacious; tastefully decorated; spotlessly clean; thoughtfully well-stocked throughout; with an oh-so-comfortable bed and the softest linens. We made all our meals in the huge, chef-quality kitchen - enjoying them on the back...

“Cute little space. Loved the covered porch - we spent most of our time there. They have a kennel next door so the dog barking became a slight issue - not horrible. The hot tub was not clear - soft water - no fault of the owner but I wasn’t going to get into it if it wasn’t crystal clear. Personal preference. They did come and shock it but then it was smelly, bubbly and still cloudy. I’m very particular so it was more my issue than the owner. Bed was very soft.”

“Me and my family had a awesome time, conveniently located near Clayton and Tallulah river. The property is wonderful for peace and quiet or going down to the swimming lake/pond and having a ball. Hope to return someday! ”

“As someone that sees nothing be palm trees and hot weather year round I was nothing but excited to explore the change of scenery and enjoy the cold temperatures that the Georgia had to offer but my trip was made truly magical by the property owner she suggested so many wonderful places to see.she was nothing be attentive and kind and just a joy to deal with. The cabin was amazing private and the creek was just a plus. I would definitely go back.”

“Absolutely fantastic! this house had every amenity and comfort we could have thought of. Three bedrooms three baths. Immaculate. Perfect location in the mountains with beautiful views from the screened in back porch. Game room in the basement that I didn't think we would use but I often found my husband downstairs doing "laundry " playing Ms Pac-Man. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. My adult kids.(22 and 24) even opted to stay in and cook dinner instead of going...
