Staff could smile a little and speak politely, the up keep is non existent

In a good position, some rooms were being renovated one I stayed in needed maintenance.

Very clean room. And very polite and helpful staff everywhere. Breakfast is what you can expect of a 4 star and as in every other hotel there toaster cannot toast 😊 Their restaurant is with a varied menu the food is fine but like most places the pretend to be more than they are. Good selection of wines. My complaint: we had the suite for three nights. I mailed them twice to have flowers in the room for my wife’s birthday, no answer. I called them about it. No flowers in the room 😢 They do not respond to mails and on the phone it’s yes yes yes very polite but they don’t follow through.
