1. A superb holiday choice.

"We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor. As we had young children with us we ate in every night. "I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

"Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the...

The Maids Head Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel right by the Cathedral and had an excellent breakfast"

Best Western Annesley House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The Annesley is perfectly located for a visit to Norwich. It is a little over a mile from the train station and about a third of a mile from the center of town including the Castle, the Cathedral, Elm Hill, and the market. The rooms were generous and cozy. The cleaning staff helpful and prompt. The full breakfast was a welcome add-on and a good way to start the day. The hotel was quiet. We stayed in the house next to the main building. The staff in the breakfast room were helpful, cheery, and lovely. Skip the dinner. It is not great and there are many better options within walking distance. Some of the front desk staff were almost comically unhelpful and a bit surly. Think Fawlty Towers but other staff filled in the gaps. We would go back in a heartbeat."

St Giles House Hotel

8/10 Good

"The staff were friendly and helpful without being effusive. The room was clean and spacious although there was a distinct lack of power plugs in useful places. Breakfast was good and served promptly, as was dinner. The menu was more limited than in other places but the quality was excellent. The ambience and furnishings in the building were interesting."

The Links Country Park Hotel

8/10 Good

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. However I must comment on your room description on the Expedia site, which stated that a double room was 323 sq ft. The room we were allocated was smaller at just over 200 sq.ft. There was no safe, as advertised on your room description and also, due to the room size the access to the wardrobe was restricted due to the dressing table partially being in the way. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay despite the room restrictions."
