Chilled-out place in a quiet little village — super peaceful and comfortable. Only 30 mins to Turoa and 45 mins to Whakapapa, so it’s a great base if you’re heading up the mountain. Great value and perfect for a relaxed trip!

There is a very nice kitchen. The overall condition of the accommodation is also very good. But the Spa is very poor, The room was cold, the water was cold and cloudy, I paid for it but didn't use it. not feeling good

Beautiful Property
Raetihi was an excellent place to unwind and connect. The beautiful rural property was glorious at all times of the day. The fireplace warm and inviting. A lot of fun was had toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and soaking in the Hot Tub.

Safety Concern
We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com ...
