"I am from UK and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel was something I didn't expect, it was such a lovely, comfortable, relaxing and friendly stay. I have now found my permanent hotel for Rajkot, the staff were all so friendly, the rooms were very spacious and I just felt like I was at home. The security guard who opens the door to everyone with smile made my day, THANK YOU ALL!

"Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! "

"The rooms felt very stuffy, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Despite adjusting the air conditioning and opening the windows (where possible), the air remained stale and uncomfortable. This lack of ventilation not only affected the air quality but also made the room feel claustrophobic."

"The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation.
Will not stay here again."

"This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! "

"Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe.
The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language.
The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

Could not see booking as could not find exercise book ! Anyway we booked 4 rooms they insisted we only booked 2. After showing proof finally gave us rooms . Staff u friendly and unhelpful would not give me receipt as their system does not allow them!!!’"
